By accessing or using Chess Analytics & Replay ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

The Service is provided free of charge for educational and informational purposes. You may use it to view and analyze publicly available chess data. You agree not to abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service, its APIs, or the third-party data sources it relies upon.

Player profiles, statistics, and game data are provided by the Chess.com public API and are the property of their respective owners. We provide analysis tools on top of this public data. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Chess.com or Stockfish.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or complete. Engine evaluations and win-rate statistics are approximate and intended for entertainment and learning, not for wagering or financial decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Service's design, text, and original code are provided under applicable open-source licensing. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service's original content in a misleading way without attribution.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or these Terms, at any time without prior notice. Your continued use following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
